PROJECT "FOYER S. BAKITA "

The Centre "Foyer Bakita" is a parish run by nuns, where boys and girls are welcomed.
The project aims to provide training and humane education to a group of boys / girls in the belief that education is an important means to escape poverty.
The project currently takes care of regular maintenance of 20 pupils / and with a cost of € 250 per year each and then to € 5,000 every year, will increase with the increase of the boys accepted.
It is the ongoing expansion of the "Foyer S. Bakita ", which consists in building a new dormitory and a study room to accommodate about 10 new students whose cost is about € 9,440.
The Center Bakita assite pupils for the eight years of primary school.
Is then combined with a second project for the renovation of an agricultural center, always the parish, to allow older students, who have already left the Centre Bakita and with little opportunity to do further studies, to follow a modern agricultural training and practice together catechists and some local farmers.
The GAM has stepped in with a contribution, which was funded a new classroom of the school, made all the floors of the school and maintained for one year students.
